Monkfish with Mustard, Rosemary and Lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon rind, rosemary, mustard, and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste.
  2. Coat the fish, then bake at 400 until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Plate and serve.
